1. Agreement

By engaging ecomit (PVT) LTD for services or using ecomit.lk, you agree to these terms. Specific projects are governed by their individual proposals and invoices, which take precedence where they differ.

2. Services & deliverables

• Scope, timelines, and pricing are defined in the written proposal or selected plan for each engagement.
• Monthly plans (e.g. Web Management) renew on their billing cycle and may be cancelled with notice before the next cycle.
• Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before commencement.

3. Payments

• One-time project fees are typically invoiced as an advance and a completion balance, as stated in the proposal.
• Online payments are processed securely via Dialog Genie. Pricing is displayed in LKR, AED, AUD, or USD depending on your selection.
• Late payments may result in paused services.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to accounts, content, and approvals needed to deliver the work, and confirm you hold rights to all materials you supply.

5. Intellectual property

On full payment, deliverables created for you become yours. ecomit retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

6. Liability

Services are provided with professional care. ecomit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, third-party platform changes (e.g. marketplace policy changes), or outcomes outside our control. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
