Challenge the problem

Kew.lk was running on WooCommerce with basic product photography and card-only checkout, limiting both conversion and reach in a market where flexible payment matters.

02 · WHAT WE DID

What we did the solution

ecomit migrated the entire store to Shopify and AI-enhanced all existing product images. Payment options were expanded with KOKO and Mintpay (Buy Now Pay Later), and Cash on Delivery was enabled via DEX (Daraz Express), letting customers pay at the doorstep.
