Refund Policy

1. Monthly service plans

Monthly plans (e.g. Web Management, Platform Management) may be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Fees for the current month are non-refundable once work for that month has commenced.

2. One-time projects

  • Advance payments cover project initiation and planning and are non-refundable once work has started.
  • If ecomit is unable to deliver the agreed scope, a fair partial or full refund of unearned fees will be issued.
  • Completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.

3. Duplicate or erroneous payments

Duplicate transactions or incorrect amounts charged via our payment gateway will be refunded in full once verified — contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

4. How to request a refund

Email samudu@ecomit.lk with your invoice number and reason. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
