Monthly plans (e.g. Web Management, Platform Management) may be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Fees for the current month are non-refundable once work for that month has commenced.
Duplicate transactions or incorrect amounts charged via our payment gateway will be refunded in full once verified — contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
Email samudu@ecomit.lk with your invoice number and reason. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
