ecomit (PVT) LTD (“ecomit”, “we”, “us”) provides ecommerce solutions including web development, platform management, SEO, messaging, photography and finance reconciliation services. This policy explains how we collect and use personal information through ecomit.lk.

- Contact details you submit through our enquiry forms and the website cost calculator: name, company, email, phone number, project details and your estimate selections.
- Newsletter subscriptions: your email address.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Dialog Genie. We do not store your card details on our servers.
- Usage data: standard analytics data such as pages visited, device type and referral source.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes and estimates.
- To deliver contracted services and process payments.
- To send service updates and, where you have opted in, marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve our website and services.

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate (for example payment gateways and SMS providers) and where required by law. Enquiries you choose to send through WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp’s own terms.
