What does ecomit do?
ecomit (e-Commerce + IT) is a full-service ecommerce partner. We build and migrate online stores, manage marketplace channels, run SEO campaigns, handle product photography and content, send SMS and WhatsApp campaigns, and reconcile ecommerce finances.
Where do you operate?
We're ecomit Sri Lanka and serve clients across 6 countries: Sri Lanka, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the UAE and the Maldives.
How do I get a quote?

Which platforms do you build on?
Shopify and WooCommerce are our specialties, plus static business sites, landing pages and custom builds. We also handle migrations, most commonly WooCommerce to Shopify.
How long does a store build take?
Ecommerce stores typically take 3–6 weeks depending on catalogue size and integrations. Static websites take 1–3 weeks, and migrations usually 2–4 weeks. Your proposal confirms the timeline.
Will my site work on mobile?
Yes, every site we build is mobile-first, responsive and tested across devices, with performance optimisation included.
Can you migrate without losing my Google rankings?
Yes. We map every URL and set up 301 redirects so your rankings carry over to the new store.

What does platform management include?
Ongoing store operations: product uploads and updates, stock and price sync, campaigns, customer issues, marketplace channel management (for example Daraz) and reporting, per your selected plan. See Starter, Growth and Pro.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Monthly plans have no lock-in. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel before your next billing cycle.

Typically 3–6 months for meaningful ranking movement, depending on competition and domain age. Technical fixes can show faster, and results compound in months 6–12.
Do you guarantee first-page rankings?

Can you send order notifications automatically?

Do you shoot in-studio or on location?
Both. We do studio product shoots and lifestyle shoots, with professional editing included in every package.
Is finance reconciliation only for Sri Lanka?
Yes, it's built around Sri Lankan marketplaces, gateways, COD and tax reporting, for businesses selling on Daraz, Shopify, WooCommerce or their own site.

How much does a website or store cost?

How do I pay?
Online via our secure payment page (Dialog Genie) or by bank transfer. Pricing is available in LKR, AED, AUD and USD.
