2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered under the following conditions:
- The client is genuinely dissatisfied with the quality or outcome of the service delivered.
- A formal review and mutual discussion take place between the client and the E COM IT team.
- It is determined that E COM IT (PVT) LTD has not fulfilled the agreed scope of work or expectations as outlined in the service agreement or project brief.
If it is mutually agreed that the service was not delivered as promised, we will proceed with a fair and reasonable refund process.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- The client changes their mind after services have been rendered or significantly initiated.
- The dissatisfaction is due to delays or issues caused by incomplete or unclear client inputs.
- The service has been used, implemented, or deployed by the client.
- The client fails to communicate project requirements, approvals, or feedback in a timely manner.

Our team will review your request within 5–7 business days and schedule a call or meeting to discuss the matter. If a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be processed within 14 business days of agreement.
5. Final Decision
E COM IT (PVT) LTD reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund matters. Our aim is to ensure fairness while upholding the integrity of our services and the efforts invested in every project.
